Can I place an order for my county with my state p-card through the website and still get tax exemption?
All orders placed on the FDOTShirts.com are charged tax since it is intended as an outlet for the Florida DOT employees to purchase additional garments for themselves outside of the ones allotted by their department. If purchasing with a p-card and tax exemption is needed, please email customer service at info@safarisun.com for processing.

It will be better for you to create an account before you purchase from fdotshirts.com. We often send useful coupon codes to our members, but if you choose not to create an account, that’s OK—you can add items straight to your cart.

Shipping costs are based on your order total and will be calculated during checkout.
How Long Do I Have to Wait?
If an item is listed on our website and can be added to cart it will typically be in stock. However, if you do not see a specific item, color, size, etc., please check back again later or contact a FDOT Shirts Representative to order.
Due to extreme demand at this time, in-stock items will typically ship within 10 business days (M-F). All packages for continental U.S. addresses are shipped via FedEx Ground and transit times will vary depending on location.
Shortly after an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email detailing specifics of the order. When an item(s) ships, an order shipment email with tracking info will also be sent.
Can I exchange my shirt if it doesn’t fit?
All garments can be returned as long as the garments haven’t been personalized with a name or county name.
If the garment has the county embroidered on them, then we suggest for you to try and re-sell the garments to someone else in your county that can use them.
If the garment only has the FDOT logo embroidered then it can be returned to us within 30 days of the original order date & garments must be unworn. Please return to the address below:

When returning garments you can send it back through your preferred shipping method at your cost and we pay to ship it back to you at no cost to you. You will receive a confirmation email when the return is being processed.
